The Basics

Yo! 👋 These terms govern your use of Bright AI services and website. By working with us or using our site, you're agreeing to these terms. We tried to keep the legal jargon to a minimum while still covering what's important.

1. Who's Who

• "We" / "Us" / "Bright AI": That's us, the AI company based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
• "You" / "Client": Anyone using our services or website
• "Services": All the AI solutions, consulting, and support we provide

2. Our Services

We offer:

• AI as a Service (AIaaS)
• Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
• Data Analytics & Business Intelligence
• Smart Chatbots (Arabic + English)
• Technical Consulting

Specific scope and deliverables are defined in individual project contracts.

3. What We Commit To

• Delivering quality work that meets agreed specifications
• Keeping your data confidential and secure
• Meeting agreed timelines (or communicating early if issues arise)
• Providing ongoing support as agreed in your contract

4. What You Commit To

• Providing accurate information and data we need for the project
• Paying on time according to the agreed schedule
• Cooperating with our team during the project
• Using our services legally and ethically

5. Payment Terms 💰

• Prices are quoted in your project proposal
• Payment schedules are defined in your contract
• Late payments may result in service suspension
• All prices are in SAR unless otherwise stated

6. Intellectual Property

Our IP: Our existing tools, frameworks, and methodologies stay ours.

Custom Work: IP ownership for custom solutions is defined in each project contract. We're flexible on this.

7. Confidentiality

We take confidentiality seriously. We won't share your proprietary information with third parties without your written consent, except when required by law. This commitment survives project completion.

8. Disclaimers

Keeping it real:

• We can't guarantee specific business outcomes
• AI technology has inherent limitations
• Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service
• We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages

9. Termination

Either party can terminate by giving written notice as specified in the project contract. Upon termination, you'll pay for work completed. We'll hand over any work-in-progress materials.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes will be first handled through friendly negotiation. If that fails, disputes go to the competent courts in Riyadh.

11. Updates

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted. Continuing to use our services means you accept the updated terms. We'll try to notify you of major changes.

Cloud Data & Storage Location

Our enterprise contracts define data hosting location, processing boundaries, and disaster recovery architecture in writing.

• Saudi-hosted deployment is available to support local data residency requirements.
• Any external processing zone is contractually disclosed with security and governance controls.
• Customers can request architecture evidence before production go-live.
